Position Title: Head Volleyball Coach Department: Athletics Reports to: Athletic Director
Catlin Gabel seeks a motivated, knowledgeable and experienced youth coach to work with the Volleyball program at the varsity level. Ideal candidates will be able to create a positive team experience while developing the skills and tactical awareness necessary to advance to the Varsity level.
Experience and Skills Needed:
- Experience coaching high school, and/or youth volleyball
- Experience playing varsity volleyball in high school or college
- Outstanding knowledge of the sport of volleyball in all regards
- Positive role model who exhibits and develops character in athletes
- Evidence of the dynamic leadership traits required to be a successful high school volleyball coach in an independent school
- A team builder, excellent communicator, and positive motivator
Requirements (prior to hire):
- NFHS/OSAA Coaches Certifications
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
